📚 “Thought leaders develop a bank of ideas that can be accessed in a moment and can be instantly customised to suit any audience or situation. They become a living encyclopedia of knowledge and expertise." - Matt Church
Hello Reader,
What does your main LLM know about you?
Try this prompt:
Based on our past conversations, what personality traits seem most consistent in how I think, communicate, and make decisions? What themes keep recurring?
If you're brave enough, try this follow-up prompt:
If you were coaching me based on everything you’ve observed, what is the one personality pattern that most limits my growth right now? Be honest but constructive.
Walking my dog with headphones, and answering reflective coaching questions asked by an AI coach, has given me great sessions of introspection.
I'm coming up on my third year of teaching people how to use artificial intelligence. Before that, I spent 15 years building marketing systems for experts and entrepreneurs.
This month, I will be combining those two chapters of my career in a way that I find deeply satisfying.
On November 26th, I’m co-hosting an AI for Thought Leaders Masterclass in Melbourne with Jane Anderson. We’re spending a full day helping consultants, speakers, authors, and experts build AI systems that make their businesses more productive.
And I’ve been dusting off some of my favourite old intellectual property to prepare for it.
The 4 Cornerstones as AI agents
When I ran Stellar Platforms, I developed a marketing framework called The 4 Cornerstones. If you've been reading my work for a while, you've seen me talk about them - what you Say, what you Sell, your Strategy, and your Systems. This framework was the foundation of the book I published in August of 2022 (5 months before the public release of ChatGPT), Marketing Yourself. For years, I have used this framework to help experts build their platforms, grow their audiences, and attract clients.
Now I’m turning that framework into a team of four specialised AI sub-agents.
Each agent has a specific responsibility within the marketing system, guided by the principles that I’ve spent years refining. It’s immensely satisfying to take ideas that I’ve developed, taught, tested, and written about over the years, and give them new capabilities.
I’m also working with Jane Anderson to upgrade her award-winning Practice in a Box system with AI, combining her proven business-building methodology with a new generation of intelligent tools.
The frameworks still work well. Our new generation of AI tools have enabled us to implement them at scale.
A full day of building AI systems
When you combine your own judgment with AI systems that understand your business, you can accomplish some remarkable things.
That’s what Jane and I will be exploring in Melbourne. We’re keeping this workshop small, with just 20 participants, so we can work directly with the participants on implementation.
During the one-day interactive workshop, we’ll explore how to:
- Create AI agents: Build digital assistants that can undertake specific administrative tasks in your practice.
- Build your Company Brain: Capture your intellectual property, business knowledge, and accumulated judgment in a system that becomes more useful over time.
- Develop a Voice Print: Teach AI the distinctive language, tone, and cadence of your writing, so your first drafts actually sound like you.
- Create an IP dashboard: Give yourself visibility and control over the AI systems you’re building.
Out of the 200 AI Games I've developed in my AI Training Curriculum, I've selected the ones that are most relevant to thought leaders, experts who make a living from sharing their ideas.
My goal is for you to leave with useful systems you can continue developing, and the confidence to put them to work.

I’ve spent most of my career helping people turn their expertise into systems that grow their businesses. Now we’re entering an era where those systems can do more of the work themselves.
Getting to bring these two worlds together, with a room full of talented thought leaders, is something that's got me giddy with excitement.
Plus, this is my first time visiting Melbourne! What should I do there?
