Hello Reader,
If you're interested in technology that is so far on the cutting-edge that it's 'bleeding-edge' I have 2 free workshops you can attend this week:
Token gating lets you prove, purchase, or earn membership in a community.
This interactive workshop will showcase examples of communities that use token gating, and all attendees will receive a TechWeek23 NFT. We will create a membership community during the workshop, to demonstrate the utility.
This is an interactive workshop, held on Zoom.

My recent workshop 'Create a 3-Month Marketing Plan with ChatGPT' was such a hit, I've decided to help more people use AI technology through LinkedIn Livestreams.
This is not a Zoom webinar, and you will not need to be on camera. This is a 30-minute co-working session using ChatGPT.
I will give a few minutes of instruction, and some copy-paste prompts. Then I will set a timer for 10 minutes and play some music. You will have a conversation with your own AI chatbot, and come back for show-and-tell. We will have 2 x 10-minute sprints during this half hour.

As artificial intelligence moves from optional to operational, technical specialists no longer have the advantage. It is those who can supervise and coach AI to improve that will thrive in an AI-augmented future.

They surveyed more than 1000 professionals, and they found that most people are still using AI like a random toolbox. They open ChatGPT, or Copilot, or Claude, or Gemini. They ask a question, get an answer, copy the useful bits, and move on. That’s fine. A...
🕳️ “People don’t want to buy a quarter-inch drill, they want to buy a quarter-inch hole.” - Theodore Levitt Hello Reader, Projects fail if they aim too wide. That was the central theme of last week's workshop in the AI Agent Accelerator, the 4-workshop sprint where we build, deploy, and fine-tune AI agents. Using my 4-step SAGE framework, every week we: SCOPE agentic projects AUTOMATE robotic work GENERATE skills and system prompts EVALUATE effectiveness Projects succeed and fail on their...
💸 "AI Agents are a multi trillion dollar opportunity.” - Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA Hello Reader, AI agents are changing the way work gets done. As agentic AI systems become more capable, our real advantage will not come from technical proficiency. Our advantage will come from knowing how to manage AI agents well. The ability to scope agentic projects, manage autonomous systems, evaluate their performance, and design the information environments that make agents effective - these are the...
