The SAGE Framework for Building AI Agents

💸 "AI Agents are a multi trillion dollar opportunity.”
- Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA

Hello Reader,

AI agents are changing the way work gets done.

As agentic AI systems become more capable, our real advantage will not come from technical proficiency.

Our advantage will come from knowing how to manage AI agents well.

The ability to scope agentic projects, manage autonomous systems, evaluate their performance, and design the information environments that make agents effective - these are the skills of the future.

These four steps make up the SAGE framework:

  • Scope agentic tasks
  • Automate workflows
  • Generate skills
  • Evaluate results

I'll be teaching a 4-session webinar series to cover all of these steps in detail, diving deep into each of step of agentic design.

If you want to join me, register for the AI Agent Accelerator.

This workshop series is for intermediate and advanced AI operators, team leaders, and decision-makers who want to increase their proficiency with the next layer of AI capability.

A variety of AI agentic toolsets will be reviewed, including Claude Cowork, Copilot Agents, OpenAI's ChatGPT, OpenClaw, and Hermes.

We will discuss the different types of memory, how to manage and optimise them for performance, and what skills will make you stand out as a leader of an AI agent swarm.
