Join my Annual Review Workshop on New Year's Eve on Zoom

🧭 β€œGoals are good for setting a direction, but systems are best for making progress.”

- James Clear

Hello Reader,

How was 2025 for you?

Every year, I have published an Annual Review on my personal website. This annual ritual of introspection has given me:

  • Reminders of what worked well
  • Reflection on what could have gone better
  • Collection of the metrics that matter
  • An artifact to preserve my progress

Every year, my Annual Review contains 4 parts:

  1. What were my victories?
  2. What could have gone better?
  3. How many New Year's Resolutions did I keep?
  4. What are my New Year's Resolutions for next year?

If you'd like to use my Annual Review framework yourself, there it is. Feel free to swipe it.

If you'd like to gather on Zoom with a few others to participate in guided journaling exercises, breakout room discussions, and copy/paste AI prompting activities, I'm hosting a one-hour Zoom workshop on New Year's Eve at noon NZ time (10-11 am AU time, 3-4 pm Pacific time on Tuesday, the 30th).

It's $20 to attend. You can pay in NZD, AUD, or USD.

πŸ‘¨πŸŽ“ β€œIn times of change, learners inherit the earth, while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.” - Eric Hoffer Hello Reader, Giving your team Copilot licenses will not magically create AI transformation. A great coach can change your life!” - Anna Meares, 4 time Olympian Hello Reader, After 4 weeks of hosting AI Coaching Power Hours in my new community, the Ai Coaching Academy, we've uncovered some best practices: Provide specific feedback when responses aren’t satisfactory, guiding the AI to refine its output. Break down complex requests into smaller, more manageable steps. Use probing questions to help the AI dig deeper or explore alternative...

πŸ“Š Build the capability of the future, together. Hello Reader, If you've been following me for a while, you know my story. If not, here's the TL;DR - I ran away and joined the circus, and lived as a street performer, hitchhiking across the United States. I settled down and had kids, moved to Costa Rica, and started my own digital marketing agency. My family moved to New Zealand, where there are no natural predators. I wrote a book called Marketing Yourself, which helped thousands of experts...
