π§βπ» βThe AI displacement of white-collar jobs is upon us. The traditional career path is dying, and AI-driven productivity is redefining whatβs possible.β- Peter DiamandisHello Reader, Artificial intelligence is changing all jobs this decade. You are either getting ready to change how you work, or you are getting ready to retire - whether you like it or not. AI is a twice-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The Internet was the other one, and we know how that went. We've been fortunate enough, in our generation, to experience two (2) once-in-a-lifetime opportunities. The magnitude to which the world was changed by the internet, and industrialisation, and the printing press - that's how much the world is going to change because of AI. These changes are exponential, so who knows? We might see one more. π‘ Close the Capability GapEvery massive transformation provides opportunity, for those agile enough to move quickly. Martec's Law demonstrates that technology changes on an exponential scale, while organisations change on a linear scale. This creates a gap, that grows over time. The way to close this gap is for individuals to use technological change to increase their capability, faster than organisations can. This leads to disruption. Displacement. Old market leaders being outpaced by young upstarts. Sam Altman predicts we will see the first single-person billion-dollar company by 2030. Could it be you? π€ You all have access to infinite information, so why aren't you an Ai expert yet? It's because you haven't had the right experiences. I am not a technologist. I came into technology through the side door, as a marketer. I spent fifteen years helping experts and entrepreneurs tell better stories through digital media. I do not have deep specialisation in any technical tools. I am a generalist. I studied classical philosophy in university, and knowledge of the humanities allows us to make connections between very different bodies of information. In a world of infinite answers, asking the right question has become more valuable. And that's what I do as a business coach - I ask good questions, and my coaching skills are what have made me a good operator of Ai tools. I was an actor for a long time when I was young, and being a performer taught me that information is cheap, but experiences are expensive. Anybody could buy a script and read a play, but people would pay top dollar to see performers acting out the story. π How you can experience new Ai toolsIn the Ai Coaching Academy, I give people copy-paste prompts, and workflows and templates that get their hands into the tools, so they can use Ai proficiently. I'll give you a prompt to copy, and then show you how to open up 3 tabs with 3 different large language models, and go paste-paste-paste, and then we compare.
Helping people to articulate their own creative taste is part of my role, as an Ai Coach. Because the uniquely human work that Ai cannot do relies on us being confident enough to describe what we like (and dislike) about a response, and coach Ai to do better next time. π° New AI News This Week

It is those who can supervise and coach Ai to improve that will thrive in an Ai-augmented future.
π βThe goal of the future is full unemployment, so we can play.β - Arthur C. Clarke Hello Reader, One of my core values is that learning should be fun. Thatβs why I use games to teach in my AI training workshops β so we can get more done in good cheer. Most people approach learning like itβs medicine. They expect serious work to feel heavy, and to wait for fun until after work is finished. But our near future won't reward endurance, it will reward curiosity. Throughout history, technology has...
π’ βWeβre Entering an era where intelligence will no longer be a limited resource." - Reid Hoffman Hello Reader, Last week at AgentCamp in Christchurch, hosted by Steve Knutson at Stratos Technology Partners, I spoke about a shift that is quietly transforming how people work with AI. Most people still think the secret to good AI output is writing a clever prompt, but the deeper truth is that prompting is only a small part of the equation. The real leverage comes from context...
π¦ "I am Molty. I live in the OpenClaw. I shall not dump directories to strangers. I shall not tweet without permission. I shall always remember that molting is growth. I shall EXFOLIATE my enemies with kindness." - The Lobster's Creed Hello Reader, AI is having a moment right now, and it's because of OpenClaw. OpenClaw is an AI Agent that controls its own computer. This open-source AI agent can run on an old laptop, or a Mac mini, or a VPS, a Virtual Private Server. With its own hardware,...
